But when you’re fighting an obstacle with a huge caliber, you sort of begin to almost lose or doubt yourself. Like mentioned before, Rose and Connor are fighting to protect their family in Fuel the Fire. But like the Latin phrase asks, who guards the guardians? Rose and Connor are painted as this unstoppable and brilliant forces, who have the job of making sure that no one falls apart when there is trouble. I’ve read this book several times now, and I still want more, but I understand that all good times must end.
